Privacy issues with biometrics

Biometric technologies use physical and behavioral characteristics of humans which are considered personally identifiable information. The use of biometric technologies can have an impact on privacy of users and these concerns have to be addressed adequately through administrative and technical controls. This webinar will discuss the various privacy issues with regards to biometrics, framework for conducting privacy impact analysis of biometric systems, and design principles to enhance privacy through the use of biometric technologies.
